De Villota Tinto van Viña del Lentisco is een elegante, moderne Rioja uit de kalkrijke bodems van Rioja Alavesa. De wijn combineert het klassieke karakter van de streek met een frisse, fruitgedreven stijl die meteen aanspreekt.

Gemaakt van een blend van Tempranillo en Graciano, waarbij de nadruk ligt op zuiver fruit, spanning en finesse. De vergisting gebeurt op roestvrij staal en een deel van de wijn rijpt kort op eikenhouten vaten voor subtiele complexiteit.

In het glas diep robijnrood. De geur is levendig met tonen van zwarte bes, pruim, viooltjes, laurier, grafiet en een hint van cederhout. De smaak is soepel en energiek, met frisse zuren, sappige tannines en een elegante afdronk met een lichte kruidige toets.

Villota Tinto is een karaktervolle Rioja die breed inzetbaar is aan tafel én heerlijk is op zichzelf – een perfecte balans tussen traditie en moderniteit.
