De Kutch Sonoma Coast Falstaff Vineyard Pinot Noir is een bijzondere wijn die de frisheid en complexiteit van het Sonoma Coast terroir perfect weerspiegelt. De druiven komen van het Falstaff Vineyard, een wijngaard op grote hoogte met een koel klimaat, ideaal voor de productie van expressieve Pinot Noir met diepgang.

Deze wijn toont een heldere robijnrode kleur en opent met geurige aroma’s van rode kersen, frambozen en lichte kruiden. In de mond is hij soepel en gebalanceerd, met verfijnde tannines en een frisse zuurgraad die zorgt voor een mooie lengte en elegantie. De zachte aardse tonen geven de wijn extra karakter.

Een uitstekende keuze voor wie houdt van een karaktervolle, maar toegankelijke Pinot Noir uit Californië.

Proefnotitie

Heldere robijnrode kleur. In de neus aroma’s van rijpe kersen, frambozen en een vleugje kruidigheid. In de mond soepel en elegant, met verfijnde tannines en een frisse, lange afdronk met aardse nuances.

 

Drinken bij

Past perfect bij gevogelte, geroosterde groenten, milde wildgerechten en zachte kazen. Ook heerlijk bij een diner met subtiele aardse smaken.

 

Houdbaarheid

Op z’n mooist tussen 3 en 12 jaar na de oogst.
