De Tradition van Château Lamartine is een traditionele rode wijn uit de Cahors-regio in Zuidwest-Frankrijk. Gemaakt van 90% Malbec en 10% Merlot, afkomstig van oude wijnstokken op kalkrijke bodems. De wijn rijpt 12 tot 14 maanden, deels in grote eikenhouten vaten en deels in gebruikte Franse eikenhouten barriques, wat zorgt voor een harmonieuze integratie van fruit en hout. In het glas biedt deze wijn aroma's van rode bessen, kruiden en een vleugje menthol, met een soepele smaak en zachte tannines.

Proefnotitie

Helder robijnrood van kleur. In de neus tonen van rode bessen, kruiden en subtiele houttonen. In de mond soepel en fruitig, met zachte tannines en een frisse afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Perfect bij gegrild wit vlees, gevogelte en zachte kazen.

 

 

Houdbaarheid

Op dronk vanaf drie jaar na de oogst en gemakkelijk tot zes jaar na de oogst te bewaren.
