Deze Barolo van Conterno Fantino is afkomstig van de Vigna del Gris-wijngaard, gelegen in de Ginestra cru van Monforte d'Alba. De wijn wordt gemaakt van 100% Nebbiolo-druiven, met een zorgvuldige vinificatie en rijping in Franse eikenhouten vaten. In het glas toont de wijn een intense robijnrode kleur met granaatrode reflecties. In de neus aroma's van rijpe kersen, rozenblaadjes, viooltjes en een vleugje kruidigheid. De smaak is vol en gestructureerd, met zijdezachte tannines en een lange, elegante afdronk. Deze Barolo is een uitstekende keuze voor liefhebbers van complexe en verfijnde rode wijnen.

Proefnotitie

Intense robijnrode kleur met granaatrode reflecties. In de neus aroma's van rijpe kersen, rozenblaadjes, viooltjes en een vleugje kruidigheid. De smaak is vol en gestructureerd, met zijdezachte tannines en een lange, elegante afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Perfect bij gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten, stoofschotels en gerijpte kazen. Ook heerlijk bij gerechten met truffel of paddenstoelen.

 

Houdbaarheid

Op dronk vanaf vijf jaar na oogstdatum; zeker houdbaar tot tien à vijftien jaar na de oogst.
