Deze Riesling van Clemens Busch komt van de steile hellingen van de Marienburg-wijngaard, waar blauwe leisteen de boventoon voert. De druiven worden biodynamisch geteeld en met de hand geoogst. Na een zachte persing ondergaat de wijn een spontane fermentatie in oude houten vaten, gevolgd door een rijping op de fijne lies. Het resultaat is een droge Riesling met aroma's van citrus, rijpe perzik en een subtiele kruidigheid. In de mond is de wijn levendig en strak, met een ziltige mineraliteit en een lange, elegante afdronk.

Proefnotitie

Helder lichtgeel van kleur. In de neus aroma's van limoen, rijpe perzik, witte bloemen en een hint van kruiden. In de mond een levendige zuurgraad, strakke structuur en een uitgesproken mineraliteit die zorgt voor een lange, frisse afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Deze wijn is een uitstekende begeleider van schaal- en schelpdieren, gegrilde vis, Aziatische gerechten en lichte salades. Ook heerlijk bij geitenkaas of als aperitief.
