De Herdade do Mouchão Alentejo Dom Rafael Tinto is een robuuste en karaktervolle rode wijn uit de Alentejo regio in Portugal. Deze wijn biedt diepe aroma’s van zwarte bessen, pruimen en mediterrane kruiden, ondersteund door een stevige structuur en zachte tannines. De smaak is vol en krachtig met een lange, harmonieuze afdronk. Een uitstekende keuze voor liefhebbers van rijke en complexe rode wijnen die goed samengaan met stevige gerechten.

Proefnotitie

Intense neus met tonen van donker fruit en kruiden. In de mond krachtig en vol met zachte tannines en een aanhoudende afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Perfect bij gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten, stoofschotels en rijpe kazen.

 

Houdbaarheid

Op dronk vanaf twee à drie jaar na de oogst, goed houdbaar tot vijf à zes jaar na oogstdatum.
