Deze Douro Xisto Ilimitado Branco van Luis Seabra is een opvallende witte wijn, afkomstig van druiven die groeien op de unieke leisteenbodems (xisto) van de Douro-regio. De wijn combineert frisse citrus- en groene appelaroma’s met een uitgesproken mineraliteit en een lichte bloemige toets. Door de zorgvuldige vinificatie ontstaat een frisse, droge wijn met een harmonieuze structuur en een lange, verkwikkende afdronk. De Ilimitado Branco is een uitstekende keuze voor wie op zoek is naar een moderne, toch typisch Douro-wijn die zowel fris als complex is.

Proefnotitie

Licht strogele kleur. Aroma’s van citrusvruchten, groene appel en een subtiele bloemige hint. Fris en strak van smaak met een duidelijke mineraliteit, goede zuurgraad en een lange, droge afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Geniet van deze wijn bij schaal- en schelpdieren, gegrilde vis, lichte salades en zachte kazen. Ook heerlijk als aperitief op een warme dag.

 

Houdbaarheid

Snel na botteling op dronk; houdbaar tot 6-7 jaar na de oogst.
