De Kutch Sonoma Coast Bohan Vineyard Pinot Noir is een bijzondere wijn die de typische koelklimaatstijl van de Sonoma Coast prachtig tot uitdrukking brengt. De druiven komen van het Bohan Vineyard, een hooggelegen wijngaard met een uniek microklimaat dat zorgt voor langzame rijping en optimale smaakontwikkeling.

Deze Pinot Noir heeft een heldere robijnrode kleur en opent met een neus vol rijp rood fruit zoals framboos, kers en een subtiele kruidigheid. In de mond is de wijn zijdezacht met verfijnde tannines en een mooie balans tussen frisheid en structuur. De afdronk is lang en elegant, met een lichte aardse toon die extra diepte geeft.

Een verfijnde keuze voor wie houdt van Californische Pinot Noir met karakter en finesse.

Proefnotitie

Heldere robijnrode kleur. Aroma’s van rode bessen, kersen en een lichte kruidigheid. In de smaak zijdezacht, met elegante tannines en een frisse, lange afdronk met aardse nuances.

 

Drinken bij

Uitstekend te combineren met gerechten zoals geroosterde eend, kalfsvlees, champignons en milde kazen. Ook heerlijk bij een herfstig diner met rijke smaken.
