Depaula van Bodegas Ponce is een karaktervolle rode wijn uit de Spaanse regio Manchuela, gemaakt van 100% Monastrell. De druiven zijn afkomstig van oude stokken die diep geworteld zijn in kalkrijke bodems, gelegen op grote hoogte. Dankzij biodynamische teelt, handmatige oogst en fermentatie met natuurlijke gisten behoudt deze wijn zijn zuivere en authentieke karakter. Depaula wordt opgevoed in betonnen cuves om het frisse fruit en de expressie van het terroir te bewaren. In geur en smaak biedt hij rijpe pruimen, blauwe bessen en een hint van lavendel, met een zachte structuur en een levendige, sappige afdronk. Een moderne en toegankelijke stijl Monastrell, met veel drinkplezier.

Proefnotitie

Depaula toont een diepe paarsrode kleur. In de neus aroma’s van rijpe pruimen, blauwe bes, lavendel en een vleugje zwarte peper. De smaak is sappig en fruitgedreven met zachte tannines en een frisse, licht minerale afdronk.

Drinken bij

Perfect bij stoofgerechten, gegrild vlees, pittige lamsworstjes of stevige vegetarische schotels met linzen of aubergine.

Houdbaarheid

Nu mooi om te drinken; houdbaar tot 6-7 jaar na de oogst.
