Conterno Fantino Vignota is een expressieve Barbera d'Alba afkomstig uit de heuvels van Monforte d'Alba in Piemonte. De wijn wordt gemaakt van 100% Barbera-druiven, afkomstig van wijngaarden met een lage opbrengst en een late oogst. Na een zorgvuldige vinificatie rijpt de wijn in houten vaten, wat resulteert in een wijn met diepgang en elegantie. In de neus aroma's van rijpe bessen, kersen en florale tonen. De smaak is fris en sappig, met een mooie balans tussen fruit, zuren en een lange afdronk.

Proefnotitie

Diep robijnrood van kleur. In de neus aroma's van rijpe bessen, kersen en florale tonen. De smaak is fris en sappig, met een mooie balans tussen fruit, zuren en een lange afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Uitstekend te combineren met gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten, stoofschotels en gerijpte kazen. Ook heerlijk bij gerechten met paddenstoelen of truffel.

 

Houdbaarheid

Drinken vanaf één à twee jaar na de oogst, houdbaar tot zes jaar na oogstdatum.
