Deze Douro Xisto Cru Branco van Luis Seabra komt uit de beroemde Douro-vallei, een streek bekend om zijn ruige leisteenbodems (xisto) die de druiven een unieke mineraliteit geven. De wijn is samengesteld uit zorgvuldig geselecteerde witte druiven die met zorg worden verwerkt om een heldere, frisse smaak te creëren met aroma’s van citrus, groene appel en subtiele florale accenten. De perfecte balans tussen fruitigheid en mineraliteit zorgt voor een elegante, droge wijn met een fijne structuur en verfrissende afdronk. Ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een witte wijn met authenticiteit en terroir.

Proefnotitie

Heldere, lichtgele kleur. In de neus fris met aroma’s van citrusvruchten, groene appel en lichte bloemige tonen. In de mond fris en strak met een mooie mineraliteit, een sappige zuurgraad en een lange, verkwikkende afdronk.

 

Drinken bij

Heerlijk bij lichte visgerechten, schaal- en schelpdieren, frisse salades en zachte kazen. Ook uitstekend als aperitief of bij een zomerse lunch.

 

Houdbaarheid

Drinken vanaf 3 jaar en houdbaar tot circa 10 jaar na de oogst.
